I have the honour to submit for

the signification of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance

No. 19 of 1910 entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the

Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Three hundred and

fourteen thousand five hundred and thirty-three Dollars

and thirty-two Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year

1909,* together with the customary report of the Attorney-

-General thereon.

I have further to transmit in

accordance with Colonial Regulation No. 255 the Appropria-

-tion Account for the year 1909 which embodies full inform-

-ation respecting the increases and decreases on each sub-

-head of the Estimates.
